THE SITUATION
North Hill’s occupancy had fallen to 75% as new competitors entered the market and lured prospects away from the community’s outdated product and experience.
STRATEGY
After an extensive discovery process, we partnered with North Hill to reinvigorate their senior living brand and create an experience that would appeal to their prospects, as well as uncover competitive advantages and develop a value proposition to differentiate the community from its competitors.
SOLUTIONS
The development and implementation of an integrated marketing was the key to building awareness of North Hill and promoting the community’s rebrand. Traditional and digital media, as well as direct mail, were used to drive prospects to experiential events, which soon became the key feeder to the prospect database.

RESULTS
In just four years of partnering with Creating Results, we helped increase occupancy to 93% and the average resident age decreased from 84 to 78 as North Hill completed its community renovation and rebrand and attracted younger residents.
